Advise the board: governance strategy, ethics, disclosure and oversight. Every learner completes live attendance, graded assignments and a final certified exam before the accredited certificate is issued. Assessment weighting: attendance 20%, leadership assignment 40%, exam 40% (pass mark 70%).
